Where's Ecuador? Not on new school map...

...futured pronostics....
Where's Ecuador? Better not ask that question in Brazil. A new Brazilian geography text book for sixth-grade students doesn't even include the South American country on the map.
In fact, the book distributed by the education ministry in Brazil's most populous state botches the location of most of Brazil's neighbors. Paraguay is switched with Uruguay, and a second "new" Paraguay is shown with a coastline at the southern tip of Brazil.
That is something that even Paraguay's military generals could not accomplish during their 1864-1870 war against Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay – in which historians say landlocked Paraguay dreamed of capturing a slice of Brazil's coastline.
Bolivia is fortunate enough to appear on the map, but the book misses its border with Paraguay – the Paraguay that sits where Uruguay should be, that is.
Ecuador like if it was on purpose just vanished from the map ...Just the way the south americans map should be drawn.
Thats just prove that all latinos countries look down on this small homosexuality promoting mesizos country ...Yes Ecuador is an homos country ;the major ethinc group in Ecuador is mestizos with almost 80%.indegeous represent almost 10% , thats make this small country an mestizos country .with almost everybody having some Indian blood in his veins ...Homosexuality is a traditionnal respected life style in Ecuador .
As the Two-Spirit Term coined in the early 1990's by Native Americans during an LGBT gathering in Winnipeg. This modern term is used by many LGBT Native Americans to depict the dynamic balance of masculine and feminine energies within them.

  2. I AM APPALLED ABOUT THE INACCURACY AND IGNORANCE OF THIS ARTICLE. FIRST, ECUADOR CAN'T BE OMITTED, EVEN IF YOU WANTED TO, SINCE IT IS NAMED AFTER THE EQUATOR AND THEREFORE, LIES ON IT.
CONSEQUENTLY, IT SEEMS MORE LIKE TO ME THAT THE IGNORANCE LIES IN BRAZIL.
ECUADOR STRONGLY PERTAINS TO THE CATHOLIC FAITH, THEREFORE, HOMOSEXUALITY IS A BIG NO-NO AND IT IS LOOKED DOWN UPON.

I'M NOT SURE WHERE IN THE WORLD YOU GOT YOUR STATEMENTS FROM, BUT NEXT TIME YOU MAKE A COMMENT ABOUT A COUNTRY WITH SUCH VEXATION, MAKE SURE YOU RESEARCH THE COUNTRY ITSELF FIRST.
